Firm, flavorful, and incredibly versatile. Our Smoked wild Alaskan Lingcod is hot-smoked here in Kodiak using our traditional brine and smoke process, creating a fully cooked whitefish with a rich smoked flavor and a pleasantly substantial texture.

The finished fish is firm enough to slice, tear, or break into pieces while still staying moist and tender. That structure makes it especially useful in recipes where you want the smoked fish to hold its shape and remain noticeable rather than disappearing into the dish.

Fold it into chowder or smoked fish dip, add it to pasta, scatter it over a salad, build it into a sandwich or appetizer plate, or simply enjoy it straight from the package.

Mild, smoky whitefish flavor with a firm, cohesive texture and moist flake.

Available in 1 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb, 4 lb, or 5 lb quantities (Each piece approx. 0.3–0.7 lb)

Serving Tip

Break into bite-size pieces and fold into chowder, pasta, or smoked fish dip, or slice and serve over a crisp salad.
