Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on seafood, smoked products, frozen items, or other food products.
Custom processed services, special orders, and personalized items are also non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We want customers to receive products in good condition and will work with you to address problems involving:
- Damaged shipments
- Incorrect items
- Product quality concerns
To help us evaluate shipping or product issues, we may request photos of the package and temperature of contents shortly after delivery.
Because many products are temperature-sensitive, orders should be opened and refrigerated or frozen promptly upon arrival.
