RhubarB.B.Q. is a sweet and slightly tangy barbecue sauce made with locally harvested rhubarb, brown sugar, raisins, red onion, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, jalapeño, garlic, and spices. It pairs beautifully with salmon sausage links, halibut burgers, whitefish cakes, steak, burgers, pork, chicken, and sandwiches.
