Our wild Alaskan salmon sausage links are made in-house with wild-caught salmon and seasoned into four flavorful blends: Bratwurst, Cajun, Italian, and Norwegian. They cook like traditional sausage links, but with a lighter seafood-forward flavor that works well for grilling, pasta dishes, skillet meals, breakfast plates, and quick weeknight dinners.

• Bratwurst Style — Warm spices like nutmeg, ginger, and coriander create a classic, savory bratwurst flavor.

Packaging

Vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve freshness.

Storage
