Whether you choose full clusters or our legs & claws, both options deliver the same clean, ocean-bright flavor Bairdi is known for. Clusters offer that classic presentation, while legs & claws give you pure, easy-to-enjoy meat without the small body pieces — a favorite for cooks who want every bite to shine.
All pieces come fully cooked and flash-frozen right at the source. Bairdi is simple to prepare — steam, bake, grill, or serve chilled — and it brings an impressive touch to any meal. Due to the naturally delicate nature of Bairdi shells, clusters may occasionally break during packing or transit, though we do our best to send them as intact as possible.

Available in 3 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 15 lb, 20 lb, or 25 lb quantities of frozen clusters. (Available as full clusters or legs & claws. Each cluster weighs approximately 0.70–1.25 lb.)
Serving Tip
Brush the clusters with garlic herb butter and broil for 3–4 minutes to caramelize the tips — the sweetness of Bairdi shines beautifully with a little char.
