Available in both rich, robust sockeye and mild, buttery coho, these ready-to-eat pieces offer all the flavor of our smoked salmon in convenient snack-sized portions.
Sockeye offers a rich, bold smoked salmon flavor, while coho is milder, buttery, and exceptionally tender.
Available in 1 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb, 4 lb, or 5 lb quantities. (Each piece weighs approximately 0.3 lb or less.)
