Whether you prefer the rich, robust flavor of sockeye or the mild, buttery texture of coho, these ready-to-eat fillets showcase the best of Alaska's wild salmon.

Sockeye offers a rich, bold smoked salmon flavor, while coho is milder, buttery, and exceptionally tender.

Available in 5 lb, 7 lb, 10 lb, or 15 lb quantities. (Whole smoked fillets are selected to best match your chosen quantity. Most fillets range from about 1 to 1.75 lbs each, with some natural variation by species and season.)
