Each fillet is individually vacuum-sealed and left whole, making it easy to slice for charcuterie boards, brunch spreads, appetizers, or elegant weeknight meals. Whether you prefer the rich, robust flavor of sockeye or the mild, buttery texture of coho, these ready-to-eat fillets showcase the best of Alaska's wild salmon.
Sockeye offers a rich, bold smoked salmon flavor, while coho is milder, buttery, and exceptionally tender.
Available in 5 lb, 7 lb, 10 lb, or 15 lb quantities. (Whole smoked fillets are selected to best match your chosen quantity. Most fillets range from about 1 to 1.75 lbs each, with some natural variation by species and season.)
