Our Kodiak Island Smokehouse seasoning blends are the same flavors we use in-house for seafood, game, vegetables, and everyday cooking. Whether you're grilling salmon, roasting halibut, seasoning burgers, or adding flavor to weeknight meals, these blends bring a little Kodiak character to the table.
Choose from four distinct flavors:
• Wild Blend – Our most popular blend, balanced and versatile for everyday cooking. Especially good on salmon, game, vegetables, and potatoes. (2.5 oz)
• Italian Blend – Garlic-and-herb seasoning that pairs beautifully with potatoes, vegetables, seafood, poultry, and pasta dishes. (3 oz)
• Cajun Blend – Bold, warm, and savory with just enough spice for fish, game, shrimp, potatoes, grilled vegetables, and tacos. (2.5 oz)
• Andouille Blend – Smoky, savory, and robust with the character of traditional andouille sausage seasoning. Fantastic on fish, game, pasta, chowders, seafood boils, and hearty dishes. (2.5 oz)
