This flavor was inspired by Kodiak’s Saltery Cove, a place known for bright summer runs and the kind of sockeye that practically glows in the water. We wanted a jerky that carried a little of that warmth with it.

Thick slices of wild sockeye are marinated in a sweet sesame blend, then smoked and dried just enough to keep a soft, tender bite. It’s savory, a little sweet, and full of that naturally rich sockeye character. Easy to snack on, easy to share, and one of our most popular flavors for a reason.
