Dinner just got easier. Rockfish Ready Cuts are wild Alaskan rockfish, already cut into convenient strips and smaller portions so you can skip the prep and get straight to cooking.
With its mild flavor, firm flake, and satisfying meaty texture, rockfish holds up beautifully in tacos, rice bowls, chowders, stir-fries, pasta, or a quick skillet dinner. The varied cuts are especially useful anywhere you would normally slice a fillet before cooking — just thaw what you need, season, and go.
These cuts come from the same wild rockfish we process for our traditional portions here in Kodiak. Their smaller, naturally varied shapes give us another way to make excellent use of the fish while giving you an easy, versatile option for everyday meals.
Mild whitefish flavor with a firm flake and meaty texture.
Available in 1 lb packages.
Serving Tip
Season and pan-sear for an easy rice bowl, or toss with seasoned flour for quick rockfish tacos.
