We start with approximately 10 pounds of premium Copper River sockeye salmon fillets, then smoke, portion, vacuum seal, and label each package by hand in our Kodiak smokehouse. Every order is made specifically for the customer who places it.

Because salmon fillets vary naturally in size, final packaged weight typically ranges between 7–8 pounds after smoking. We always begin with at least 10 pounds of raw fillets.
One personalized message is included per order and will be printed on every package.

Made to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before shipment. Orders ship frozen in insulated packaging to help ensure your salmon arrives in excellent condition.
Frozen items ship Monday-Wednesday using overnight/1-Day Air to protect quality.
Shelf-stable items ship Monday-Friday using ground or air services.
Orders containing both frozen and shelf-stable items follow frozen shipping rules.
Weather in Alaska can affect timing, but we always ship as close to your requested date as possible. For carrier preferences or special requests, just reach out—we’re happy to help.
