How is Kodiak Island Smokehouse different from other
processors?
Our goal is to provide a boutique experience. We focus on a customized, quality processing experience, one that many larger facilities are unable to offer. We process each customer's order separately so you get back the fish or game that you bring in. And we hand fillet/butcher most fish and game by hand. We also offer a large selection of custom processing and finished product options for both fish and game. We are HACCP certified and inspected by both State and federal agencies. Visitors to our retail store can watch our skilled processors at work on a live-streamed TV monitor.
