Here at The Kodiak Island Smokehouse, we specialize in custom processing. Which means you bring in your wild-caught fish or wild game, whole or partially cleaned, and we take it from there. We process your catch or prize for you, any way you want it. Once your order has been processed, we vacuum pack and freeze it. We can also get it ready to ship to you, box it up for a plane ride, or you can pick it up here when we are done.

If a group order is being split then a $25 fee will be added to each split
2 weeks of freezer storage are included in the price of your order. Anything left past 2 weeks will be assessed a storage fee of $.10 / LB per day.
A minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) is required on all raw vacuum-packed orders over 100 lbs.
A rush fee of $.50 / LB will be added to any order that needs to be completed in 4 days or less. *
A pick-up fee of $50 will be added to any order that needs to be picked up from a dock or airport. *
A $30 fee will be added to any order that needs to be dropped off at a dock or airport. *
A $20 fee will be added to any order that needs to be picked up before/after hours. *
Shipping services available through UPS . FedEx available upon request.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, UPS and FedEx cannot guarantee packages will arrive on time, within 2 days. If you choose to order fish, it will be at your own discretion. There are absolutely NO refunds offered from us or UPS/FedEx should you choose to ship and your products spoil in transit.
