WHAT WE DO
Whether you've been fishing out in the ocean or in the rivers, we here at Kodiak Island Smokehouse specialize in custom processing your catch. This means you bring in your wild-caught fish, and we take it from there! We offer a variety of services, and we'll process your catch any way you want it. We keep each customer order separate, so the fish you bring in is the fish that you get back. Once your order has been processed, we vacuum pack, label, and freeze it. We can box it up and ship it to you or a loved one, or you can pick it up in our retail store.
