We can brine any roast and turn it into a flavorful corned roast that will make a delicious easy meal any time of the year.
Our flavorful, hot-smoked pastrami roast is perfect sliced thin on a charcuterie board or piled high on a sandwich.
This is our own take on making game "roast beef." We brine it in our house-made brine and then it's hot-smoked to finish it off. Delicious when sliced thin on a sandwich.
Soaked in our house-made brine and then hot smoked, the end result is a game roast that tastes just like a smoked ham.

If an order is being split, this fee is applied to each split.
A rush fee of $.75/LB will be added to any order that needs to be completed in 4 days or less (subject to availability).

2 weeks of freezer storage is included in the price of your order. Anything left past 2 weeks will be assessed a storage fee of $.15/LB per day for up to an additional 2 weeks. At that time, if the order has not been picked up and no other arrangements have been made, the order will be considered abandoned.
Orders that are left at our facility for longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
A $30 fee will be added to any order that needs to be picked up at a dock or airport. Arrangements must be made in advance.

Shipping services are available upon request through UPS, FedEx, and Alaska Air Cargo. We have a variety of insulated boxes for purchase, which you can pack and ship yourself, or you can entrust us with the process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. We only ship Monday through Wednesday.
