Originally founded in 1987, Kodiak Island Smokehouse has a long-standing tradition of excellence.
In 2016, our family took the helm—committed to honoring the business’s roots while bringing fresh creativity, innovation, and a deeply personal touch to everything we do.

By 2018, fueled by overwhelming support from our customers and the success of our expanding retail product line, we outgrew our original location and moved into a much larger, modern facility.
Today, our larger retail store and production space allow us to better serve both local residents and the growing number of visitors discovering the authentic flavors of Kodiak.
