Raised by the rugged tides around Kodiak Island, Wild Alaskan Lingcod is a mild, firm white fish celebrated for its large flakes and clean, versatile flavor. Its name might suggest otherwise, but Lingcod isn’t a cod — just a mild, firm whitefish with a well-earned fan club.
