BBQ salmon flatbread topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro, sliced into squares on a rustic wooden board.

These BBQ Wild Alaska Salmon Flatbreads are a flavor-packed, quick-fix meal that combines the smoky, savory richness of canned wild Alaska salmon with tangy barbecue sauce, melted cheddar and mozzarella, and caramelized onions. Topped with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cilantro, they’re as visually stunning as they are delicious. Perfect for a casual dinner, game-day snack, or easy appetizer, this flatbread is a crowd-pleaser that brings big flavor with minimal effort. Canned sockeye or canned pink work perfectly in this recipe. Alternatively, you can lightly crumble baked salmon or smoked salmon for a flavor twist.
