This flavor is a nod to the islands, a little sweetness, a little warmth, and a whole lot of comfort. We wanted a jerky that carried that easygoing “island hospitality” feeling, even from the cold coast of Kodiak.

Wild Pacific cod is marinated in a house-made teriyaki blend, smoked low and slow, and dried to a soft, sticky, perfectly chewy texture. It’s sweet, savory, and unbelievably snackable, a flavor that feels familiar, but better.
