This canned salmon is special because it Is Alaskan wild-caught and Kodiak-processed sockeye salmon, a premium salmon. Its color and firm texture are like no other salmon.
Our famous smoked party dips now come in more delicious flavors: Our Original Salmon and Jalapeno Smoked Salmon; Smoked Dilly Halibut and Smoked Jack Halibut; and Peppered and Teriyaki Smoked Black Cod. All come in small and large sizes. The smoked flavors shine through without being “fishy," and they are all a party favorite!
Sausage links are raw and MUST be cooked. They come in large hog casings or small sheep casings. You won't believe you're eating fish!

Our snack sticks contain only wild caught Alaskan salmon and quality ingredients like olive oil instead of vegetable oil and organic spices when available. All flavors are available in grain-free, while the Norwegian and Breakfast sticks come sugar free. Snack sticks have no casing. They are fully cooked and ready to eat and enjoy!

A distinct difference in our salmon jerky is not only the flavor selections but that we use Sockeye. Known for its firm texture, dark ruby color, impactful flavor. Sockeye can stand up to the flavors added and the smoking process to deliver you a memorable experience. Choose from
Saltery Sweet Sesame (an Asian flavor that boasts a bold sesame flavor and plenty of sweetness, it could be dessert). Pillar Pepper (one of the most popular flavors of jerky) is peppered and this one is no exception.
Wild Alaskan Pacific Cod is a delicate flavored fish which allows the seasonings in these jerky's to really pop. The meat once marinated and smoked provides a little more "chew" then salmon. Choose from: Kodiak Curry, a touch of heat from the curry bringing home the Thai inspired flavors with just a touch of sweet. Or choose Island Teriyaki a smokey Hawaiian brown sugar marinate you wont miss the pineapple.
At Kodiak Island Smokehouse, we smoke wild-caught fish harvested in our very own Alaskan waters,. We use a time-tested brine that is all-natural, with no nitrates, MSG, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors added. We then slow-smoke the fish to perfection, using a combination of hardwoods and apple wood chips. Our "secret" non-GMO, gluten-free and paleo-friendly recipe creates a truly wonderful-tasting, gourmet smoked product.
King (Chinook) Salmon is prized for its color, high oil content and succulent flesh. Alaska King Salmon is the largest and the least abundant of the salmon species. Its high oil content makes it a favorite for smoking and grilling. It is truly the king of salmons: Its thicker pieces and soft-tempered buttery flavor will melt in your mouth. This smoked salmon goes great with wine and crackers and is the best smoked salmon to serve at parties.
Wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon, locally known as red salmon, is one of the most sought-after species in Alaska because it has a brilliantly-beautiful, deep red color and a delicious, pronounced flavor. It has a firm, flaky texture which makes it best “on top” of things like bagels or in sushi. Because of its aesthetically pleasing color and distinctive flavor, it is our favorite to serve as an appetizer.
Smoked Keta Salmon has a deliciously mild flavor with a buttery texture. This salmon can be enjoyed ready-to-eat from the vacuum sealed package or blended into a smoked salmon dip.
Wild-caught Alaskan Coho Salmon, called "Silvers" by locals, has a light orange-red colored flesh and a deliciously light flavor. Because of its delicate consistency, Coho Salmon is the best salmon to cook with. Whether it’s used in cold dishes like dips or pasta salads, the smoky flavor shines without being “fishy.”
Alaska Black Cod has a rich, succulent flavor and a velvety smooth texture. Because of its abundance of heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, it almost melts in your mouth. It actually spreads almost like cream cheese on bagels and crackers. Its deep robust flavor can really be appreciated when paired with the tartness of capers and lemon.
Alaskan Halibut is a premium white fish with a fresh, mild flavor and a thick meaty fillet. It flakes off easily and can be eaten with a club cracker or added to a savory fish chowder.
