If you are visiting Kodiak and get to enjoy the abundant fishing season we can make your trip even more pleasurable by taking care of your catch for you. At the Smokehouse we can smoke your fish if you wish, using our “secret” recipe, and smoking with a blend of alder and apple woodchips, then cook slowly to ensure the best flavor possible. We track what you bring in so you get your own fish back!!
At the Smokehouse we can clean and process your fish for you. After that decide if you want your catch sent home as fresh salmon and we will vacuum pack it for your plane ride home or ship it to most any destination. If you prefer smoking your fish, that’s our specialty. We use a time tested natural, no nitrates, no artificial flavoring, or color brine and then slow smoke your fish to perfection.
